We love food, we love people and we love feeding people.  Whether it's at home or out and about, our goal is to bring awesome food to everyone.  It might not always have anything to do with pastry but what we worked out first is that if you make delicious things and wrap them in pastry, they taste even better.

Chad

Baker

Chad was a fully trained Surveyor until he decided that a life in the office was not for him. Then he chose to follow his passion for food (mostly eating it, but a bit of making too). He is now the joint owner and baker at The Pastry Club where he is responsible for creations such as the Pig in Duvet and the Merguez roll.

Hanna

Head Chef

Hanna trained at the Ashburton Chef Academy before working under Anton Piotrowski at the Treby Arms and then running the kitchen at Prime Cafe in Plymouth until the arrival of Rudy Rae. She is now in charge of R&D at The Pastry Club creating the menus for all our events.

Chief Taster

Rudy has no formal training but has been on hand since day one, watching the creation of our delicious offerings from the very first day. Now she takes her role as our sounding board for new ideas very seriously. Hopefully she will learn to speak soon and start giving us some feedback........
